Production technology
1. The formation of bottle embryo: the material of bottle embryo is put into the injection molding machine firstly, and the bottle embryo is formed through the bottle embryo mold on the injection molding machine by the injection molding process. Four bottle embryo can be produced at one time. The bottle embryo determines the weight, color and diameter of the bottle.2. Put the bottle embryo on the bottle blowing machine: after the bottle embryo is formed, it will be put on the conveyor belt and then transported to the bottle blowing machine. The blowing machine puts the embryo from the conveyor belt on the production belt.3. Bottle embryo forming bottle: the bottle embryo is transported to the bottle shape mold through the production belt on the bottle blowing machine. After a few seconds of waiting, the bottle embryo will form a fixed shape bottle.4. Cover formation: the material of the cover is put into the injection molding machine, and the cover with fixed diameter and shape is formed on the cover mold through the injection molding process.

The mold is clamped; after that, the compressed air blown into the parison by the blowing nozzle precisely inflates the shape of the molding cavity, and then the mold is opened to take out the product.
